Salchichon Bellota Iberico 100g

Bellota Iberico

The meat comes from Iberico pigs that roam freely through the Spanish dehesa during the Montanera season, feeding on acorns and other natural resources. The characteristic marbling of Iberico pork gives this Bellota Iberico salchichon its tender texture and rich, refined flavour.

Serving suggestions
