Pergaminos de Pan con Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra is a crunchy and tasty snack, popularly called Guttiau, originally from the island of Sardinia.
It is made according to the ancestral shepherd's recipe based on durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil and yeast.
To obtain the extra fine texture, the dough is carefully rolled out and roasted at a high temperature to obtain very thin, crispy slices.
On a traditional tapas board, this cracker is usually topped with a thin slice of anchovies and a little olive oil, bringing together the flavors of the sea and the earth in a delicious bite.
