A wonderfully autumnal Spanish olive oil.

Llàgrimes del Canigó boletus oil is made with olives of the Argudell variety grown in fields in Alt Empordà. Cold extracted, a rich balanced flavor full of aromas is created. This makes this olive oil a 'premium' extra virgin olive oil.

The addition of boletus and autumn mushrooms makes it the perfect companion for all kinds of gourmet dishes such as risottos, pastas, sauces or quiches.

No artificial flavors are added.

Origin

To make our boletus olive oil, only mushrooms collected in the Pyrenees and Catalan Pre-Pyrenees, mainly in the Albera area (Alt Empordà, Girona) are used.
