Sal de Ibiza salt shaker 75 gr

The basis for this finely spiced composition is, as always, our Granito sea salt. Granito is a 100% natural sea salt, untreated and only dried in the sun and then ground. It does not contain any anti-caking agents, bleaching agents or other additives. Thanks to the careful extraction and the exceptionally good water quality in the nature reserve "Parque Natural de Ses Salines d'Eivissa", where SAL de IBIZA is harvested, Granito is rich in natural minerals and microelements. After almost 2,800 years of almost uninterrupted cultivation, these salt flats were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999.

Spicy cajun

SAL de IBIZA moves to the rhythm of "Jambalaya". Inspired by the southern states of the USA, this flavoursome composition is perfect for spicy stews or to spice up grilled meats and seafood... Enjoy!

Sea salt (approx. 40%), spice mix (approx. 60%): garlic, sweet paprika, onion, white pepper, cumin, coriander, lemon peel, chili, ginger, turmeric, caraway, cardamom, oregano, thyme and marjoram.

SAL de IBIZA Granito is enriched with a generous portion of hot, coarsely ground chili peppers. Perfect as a spicy companion for those who like a bit of heat and for the daredevils... Caution: spicy! Ingredients: Sea salt (approx. 60%), ground chili peppers (without seeds, approx. 40%).
